Accommodation in
Five Different Buildings

At Zabola, where stillness meets story, your room is more than a place to sleep — it is part of the estate’s unfolding past. Our guesthouses, built between the 18th and 20th centuries, once served many roles — homes, retreats, quiet corners of a working estate shaped by time. Today, five historic houses have been gently reimagined to welcome guests, each offering its own rhythm, character, and connection to the landscape. No two stays are the same — and that is just as it should be.

The New Yard

Where simplicity meets quiet comfort. Once a working village house with its original agricultural buildings, The New Yard has been gently reimagined for modern family stays. While the spirit of the past lingers in the materials and layout, the interiors speak of warmth, ease, and considered design. Created with families in mind, the house offers generous living spaces, open fireplaces, and charming loft-style bedrooms for children — making it a place where all ages feel at home. Located just steps from the Count Mikes Stud, The New Yard offers a natural connection to the estate’s equestrian traditions. Some rooms include private saunas adding a touch of quiet indulgence to your stay.
