The Forest Sauna

Set on the first peak of the estate, Zabola’s wood-fired sauna offers a raw and replenishing experience in the heart of nature. Warm your body with the dry heat of the stove, then immerse yourself in the cold-water tub — surrounded by forest air and stillness.

A shower and sitting area complete this elemental retreat, which can be enjoyed year-round. While dusk adds a special glow, it is a perfect daytime ritual as well — deeply energising and quietly restorative.
