• 09:00–11:00 – Royal buffet breakfast, The New Castle
• 12:00–15:00 – Sleigh/wagon ride through the frozen meadow (sign up at reception), with warm pogăcele pastries, mulled wine, hot plum brandy, and aromatic tea
• 15:00 – Lunch (3 courses: soup, main course, dessert)
• 19:00 – Festive farewell dinner to 2025, New Year’s Eve party with DJ and dancing until morning

• 10:00–13:00 – New Year’s brunch (royal breakfast, soup, main course, dessert)
• 13:00–15:00 – Optional: guided forest walk for a breath of fresh air or traditional crafts workshop
• 16:00 – Country-style party with spit roast, bulz (polenta with cheese), kürtős kalács chimney cake, open bar, and live music, The New Castle
