Our
Partners

At Zabola Estate, we form partnerships the same way we preserve forests: with intention, respect, and time. Together with those who share our values—conservationists, artists, cultural institutions, and stewards of wild places—we create space for something deeper: presence, stillness, and meaningful connection. These are not just collaborations. They are shared commitments to nature, heritage, and the quiet luxury of authenticity—where culture is lived, not displayed, and art arises naturally from the stories and landscapes that shape us.

  • conservation transylvania

Being the proud owner of a qualified Virgin Forest, we have the duty to set an example in preserving an intact environment. We would like to create the possibility for people to discover a spot of virgin forest in the ”green heart” of the Carpathians, get acquainted with an enhanced coexistence between humans and nature and to form a buffer territory where species can be observed in their natural habitat.

  • Dobrica Hunting Lodge

Dobrica Hunting Lodge is a quiet refuge set 4 km above the village of Bixad / Sepsibükszád, surrounded by forest and meadow. Located about 60 km from Zabola Estate, it offers the same connection to nature and heritage—just in a more remote, back-to-basics setting. Built in the 1890s by Count Ármin Mikes as one of four estate houses once linked to the family manor in the village, the lodge retains its original calm and understated charm.
