The last house lived in by the family before nationalisation in 1949 — and the first they returned to in 2002 — The Garden House holds a quiet sense of homecoming. Set on the edge of the park, where the estate meets the village, it bridges two worlds: cultivated stillness and local life.

Simple and cosy in spirit, the house offers an ideal retreat for couples or small families. It features a shared bathroom, relaxed living space, and a private terrace that opens onto a peaceful garden — a place to read, to pause, or to simply let the day unfold.

House rules

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You are welcome to cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before arrival with no charge. For changes made within 7 days, a one-night charge applies. For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show, we kindly ask for full payment of your stay.

2. Bringing Pets Is Not Recommended

We adore animals — and you’ll meet our four gentle resident dogs, who lovingly watch over the estate. To ensure a peaceful experience for all, we gently discourage bringing pets with you.
