The hunting lodge of Count Ármin Mikes built in the last century witnessed several legendary hunts, and specially memorable stag and bear-hunts. The building is currently under renovation which is needed after the house was confiscated and neglected by the communist administration for decades.

The former and larger hunting manor down in the village of Bükszád / Bixad currently hosts a school, the mayors office and a police station as well as a museum displaying items of the glass manufactury the family once owned.
